As these are handcrafted pieces, and in many cases custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for personal preference or due to natural variations in the material. If your order has any issues related to manufacturing or shipping, please contact us and we will assess the situation.

Wood care
Wood is a living material that requires basic care to maintain its appearance and durability. We recommend cleaning the pieces with a dry or slightly damp cloth, avoiding the use of abrasive products.

Use and storage
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or heat sources. Each piece is designed for a specific use; proper use and consistent care will allow the wood to age naturally and retain its character.
