Shipping

At Palito Studio, we take care of each shipment with the same attention to detail that we put into making each piece.

We primarily work with Uno Xpress as our logistics partner for nationwide shipments. This partnership allows us to coordinate deliveries in an organized and responsible manner, tailored to the type of item being shipped.

Each order is carefully packaged in the workshop, protecting the wood during transit so it arrives in perfect condition. Once the piece is finished and inspected, we coordinate shipping with the customer.

We also evaluate other shipping options depending on the size of the piece, the order volume, or specific customer needs, especially for special orders or large production runs.

As these are handcrafted items, shipping times depend primarily on production time. If you have a special delivery request or a large order, please contact us and we will coordinate it with you.
